Start where it hurts.
Most people find us because something aches, a low back that will not loosen, a stiff neck, a headache that keeps coming back. Tell us where it hurts and we will show you how care can help you move and feel better.

How care works
What an adjustment actually involves.
A first visit is not a mystery and it is not a lifetime commitment. It is a careful look at how you move, a clear explanation of what we find, and a plan you agree to. Here is how a typical course of care unfolds.
See care in depth- 01
Exam and history
We start by listening. You walk us through the pain, when it started, and what makes it better or worse. Then we check how your spine and joints move, test range of motion, and rule out anything that belongs with another provider.
- 02
Diagnosis you can follow
We explain what we believe is driving the problem in plain language, using your own posture and movement as the reference. If imaging or a referral is the right call, we say so. No jargon, no scare tactics.
- 03
The gentle adjustment
An adjustment is a quick, controlled, low-force movement applied to a specific joint to restore motion. Some techniques use the hands, others a drop table or a small spring-loaded instrument. We match the method to your body and your comfort.
- 04
A movement plan that holds
Relief that lasts comes from what you do between visits. We send you home with a few simple stretches and habits, and we taper care as you improve. The goal is a spine that holds its own, not a standing weekly appointment forever.
Techniques
Different bodies need different adjustments.
There is no single right way to adjust a spine. We are trained in several methods and choose the gentlest one that does the job for you.
Diversified
The classic hands-on adjustment, a precise, quick movement to a specific joint. It is what most people picture when they think of chiropractic, and it is well suited to restoring motion in the spine.
Drop-table
The table has sections that drop a fraction of an inch as the adjustment is made, so less force is needed. A comfortable option for larger joints and for patients who prefer something lighter.
Activator
A small handheld instrument delivers a light, measured impulse to one joint at a time. Precise and low-force, it is a good fit for necks, for older patients, and for anyone new to care.
Soft-tissue therapy
Muscles and fascia hold the spine in place, so we work them too. Focused pressure and stretching release tight tissue around a joint, which helps an adjustment take and last.
Care plans
Care that matches where you are.
Not everyone needs the same amount of care. We usually talk about it in three stages, and most people move from one to the next as they improve.

What we help with
The concerns we see most.
Chiropractic care is not only for back pain. These are the concerns people bring to us most often, each with its own page on what is likely going on and how care can help.
Back pain
The most common reason people come in. From a sudden wrench lifting a box to a dull ache that has settled in for years.
Neck pain
Stiffness and tension from long hours at a desk or on a phone, and the headaches that often come with it.
Headaches and migraines
Tension headaches that start in the neck and shoulders, and the recurring patterns that wear you down.
Sciatica
Pain, tingling, or numbness that travels from the low back down through the hip and leg.
Sports and posture
Keeping active bodies moving well, and undoing the toll that desks and daily habits take on posture.
